搭乗手続きの締切時刻厳守と機内持ち込み手荷物に関するお願い
国土交通省航空局からの事務連絡（令和8年3月19日）に基づき 、定期航空協会より、当社を含む本邦航空会社に対して、業界を挙げて定時性の確保に資する取り組みを一層加速させるよう要請が示されました。
また、定期航空協会において、スムーズなご搭乗と定時出発の実現に向け、機内持ち込み手荷物に関する業界統一のガイドラインが取りまとめられました。
これらを受け、当社におきましても引き続き安全運航を堅持のうえ、世界品質の定時性を確保していくための取り組みを強化して参ります。ご利用のお客さまにはご理解・ご協力のほど、お願い申し上げます。
〈お客さまへのお願い〉
・締切時刻までに必ず搭乗手続きをお済ませのうえ、国内線は出発時刻の10分前まで、国際線は出発時刻の30分前までに搭乗口にお越しください

・ペットをお預けの方は、お時間に余裕をもって空港へお越しいただき、受付カウンターには 出発時刻の40分前までにお越しください（国内線）
・機内持ち込み手荷物は、身の回り品1個 ＋ お手荷物1個の合計２個までとし、身の回り品は前の座席の下に収納できる大きさの範囲としてくださいまた、お手荷物は、規定のサイズ・重さであるとともに、お客さまご自身で上の棚に収納できるサイズ・重さとしてください
Important Notice Regarding Check-in Deadlines and Carry-on baggage
In accordance with an administrative notice from the Civil Aviation Bureau of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (March 19, 2026), the Japan Air Lines Association has requested that airlines in Japan, including our company, further accelerate industry-wide efforts to ensure on-time performance.
In addition, the Japan Air Lines Association has established industry-wide guidelines regarding carry-on baggage to ensure smooth boarding and on-time departures.
Accordingly, while continuing to prioritize safe operations, we will strengthen our efforts to achieve world-class on-time performance. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
